Our online self-study program contains no print material and includes downloadable files upon purchase.  Files include course material and review, review key, and registration.


1.       Choose the Online Certification course of study.   

2.       Payment can be made with credit or debit card through our web site store.   

3.       Download Online Certification Course, Registration, and Review Key.  

4.       Read the CE course material.  Video content is embedded in the 

          course for further learning, and can be viewed by clicking on the video image.     

5.       Complete CE Registration Form (Section A) and Course Evaluation Section B). 

6.       Record test answers on the CE Registration form (Section C).

7.       Self check test answers to master the material (Review Key).   

8.       Email completed Registration (Sections A, B, and C) to iaahs.edu@gmail.com.  

          The Registration form will be kept on file along with the test answers as proof of 

          transcript for CE verification. 

9.       Once Registration is completed and received, a Certificate of Completion
